About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Male Chef with strong culinary knowledge and extensive experience in professional kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in food preparation, cooking, menu execution, kitchen management, and maintaining excellent food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to required standards.
Plan and organize daily food preparation.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Ensure consistent food quality
taste
and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities.
Manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Minimize food waste and control portions.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Train or guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

Follow health

safety

and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

Male candidate
Must have strong and extensive professional chef experience.
Proven experience working in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Must be disciplined
reliable
and professional.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Must be ready to work in Kicukiro.
Available to start immediately.
